Anna Sui is a New York fashion and beauty label founded by designer Anna Sui, who started the business in 1979 and presented her first runway show in New York in 1991. The signature collection is designed and produced at the company's headquarters in the Garment Center. The brand covers apparel, footwear, accessories, eyewear, cosmetics and fragrances, several of them made under licence, and has a large retail presence in Japan, including more than 50 Dolly Girl by Anna Sui stores. The first Anna Sui shop opened in SoHo in 1992.
