Selling on Wholesale Managers

What you can do here as a seller, step by step. Selling is free: no listing fees, no commission.

Who can sell

Any company that sells goods to other businesses: manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, dropshippers and retailers. You need a free account and a confirmed link to your company. If your company is already in our directory, you claim it; if not, you register it. We check that you really work there, and then you can sell under the company's name.

Buyers on Wholesale Managers are businesses from all over the world. Many of them pay for a Pro account to see wholesale prices and suppliers, so the people who find your items are looking to buy in quantity.

What you can do

  1. 1

    Show buyers what you sell

Go to My Stock Lists and upload your stock list as a CSV or Excel file. Put your products, prices and quantities in it. Each line becomes an item that buyers can see. When your stock changes, upload the file again.

  2. 2

Get your items onto product pages

We have a catalogue of popular products, for example "iPhone 16". When an item on your stock list matches a product in our catalogue, your item is shown on that product's page, next to all other suppliers. Buyers compare prices there. Items that do not match stay on your company page.

  3. 3

Add products we do not have yet

If you sell a product that is not in our catalogue, you can add it under Catalogue Products. Our team checks it. Once it is approved, your matching items can appear on its page, and other suppliers of the same product will appear there too.

    Choose who sees which price

Every item can have up to five price levels. Level 4 is the normal price that any Pro buyer sees. You can also hide the price. For buyers you know and trust, you can give a better level, by hand or with a rule (for example: all retailers from Germany get level 3).

    Answer pricing requests

A buyer who wants a better price sends you a pricing request. You see it in Pending Tasks. You can send a price, ask the buyer a question, accept or decline.

  6. 6

    Receive orders

Pro buyers can order your items directly from the product page. New orders appear in Pending Tasks. You accept or reject each order. After you accept, you and the buyer arrange payment and delivery between yourselves.

  7. 7

See what buyers are looking for

Under Buyer Demand, buyers post what they want to buy. Requests that match your stock are marked. You can reply to any of them. The conversation continues in Messages.

    Make your company page complete

Under My Organization, add your logo, a description, your product types, the brands you sell, your wholesale contacts and your branches, if you have not done it yet. Buyers trust a complete page more. If a brand you sell is not in our directory, you can add it under My Brands.
