Authentic Brands Group LLC is a US brand development, marketing and entertainment company headquartered at 1411 Broadway in New York City. It was founded in 2010 by Jamie Salter and owns more than 50 consumer brands, which it licenses to operating partners around the world. The portfolio includes Reebok, Champion, Brooks Brothers, Guess, Sports Illustrated, Dockers, Quiksilver and Nautica, along with the likeness rights of figures such as Muhammad Ali, Elvis Presley and Marilyn Monroe. The company is privately held, with CVC Capital Partners, HPS Investment Partners, Leonard Green & Partners and General Atlantic among its investors.
