Galderma is a Swiss dermatology and skin health company headquartered in Zug. It was founded in 1981 as a joint venture of L'Oreal and Nestle, later became wholly owned by Nestle, and has been backed by a consortium led by EQT since 2019. Its portfolio spans aesthetics, with Restylane, Dysport and Sculptra, consumer skincare, with Cetaphil and Differin, and prescription dermatology. Products are sold in more than 100 countries, and the company has been listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange since March 2024.
