Hepsiburada is a Turkish e-commerce company headquartered in Istanbul, which began operating in 2000 under Doğan Online, part of Doğan Holding. It started as a direct retailer, added a marketplace model in 2015, and sells electronics, fashion, home, cosmetics, baby and grocery products from its own stock and third-party merchants. Its shares have traded on Nasdaq under the symbol HEPS since July 2021, making it the first Turkish company listed there. In 2023 it had about 12 million active customers and 101,500 active merchants, and Kaspi.kz acquired a controlling stake in 2025.
