It was founded in 1980 when eight entrepreneurs joined forces to buy together, and operates as a soft franchise formula. The group employs more than 3,300 people and sells about 80,000 articles. Its assortment combines well-known brands, for example in garden care, barbecues, pet food and pet care, with its own labels.
