Jason Industries, Inc.

Jason Industries, Inc., since renamed Jason Holdings, Inc., is an industrial manufacturer based in Milwaukee, with US subsidiaries including Osborn and Milsco. Osborn makes brush, polishing and abrasive products, and Milsco makes seating for motorcycles, powersports, construction and agriculture. The company completed a prepackaged Chapter 11 restructuring in August 2020, which cut its term loan debt by about $250 million. It now operates as a private company owned mainly by its former senior secured lenders, including Monomoy Capital Partners.
