Kellanova is a US snack and food company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. It was created in October 2023 when the Kellogg Company split, with the North American cereal business becoming WK Kellogg Co and the remaining snack and international cereal business renamed Kellanova. Its brands include Pringles, Cheez-It, Pop-Tarts, Eggo, Rice Krispies Treats and RXBAR. Mars Inc. completed its acquisition of Kellanova in December 2025. The company has about 24,000 employees and its products are sold in over 180 countries.
