KIKO S.p.A. is an Italian cosmetics company, headquartered in Bergamo, that owns the KIKO Milano brand. It was founded in 1997 by Antonio and Stefano Percassi and sells make-up and beauty products mainly through its own retail stores. The network includes more than 1,100 stores in 66 countries across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. L Catterton agreed to acquire a majority stake from the founding Percassi family, who keep a significant holding.
