Manic Panic is a New York City company making vegan and cruelty-free semi-permanent fantasy hair color and cosmetics. It was started by sisters Tish and Snooky Bellomo, who opened a punk boutique on St. Mark's Place in 1977. Its hair color lines include Classic High Voltage, Amplified, SuperNatural and Inter-GEL-actic, along with temporary hair color. Products are sold through its online shop.
