Mativ Holdings is a US specialty materials company headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, formed on 6 July 2022 through the merger of SWM and Neenah. At formation its business was organised in two segments: Advanced Technical Materials, covering filtration, protective solutions, release liners, healthcare and industrial applications, and Fiber-Based Solutions, covering engineered papers, packaging and specialty paper. Its portfolio includes the former Neenah paper business and the Astrobrights colored paper brand. The company is listed on the NYSE as MATV and reported about $3 billion in sales and more than 7,500 employees at the merger.
