MediaMarkt Turkey is the Turkish operation of MediaMarkt, the German consumer electronics chain founded in Munich in 1979 and part of the MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group owned by Ceconomy. The Turkish business opened its first store in Ümraniye, Istanbul, in September 2007. It sells phones, computers, TVs and home appliances in stores and online at mediamarkt.com.tr, with brands such as Apple, Samsung, Philips, Dyson, Bosch, LG and Xiaomi.
