Motul

Motul S.A. is a French company that manufactures, develops and distributes lubricants and other specialised products for engines, including motorcycles and cars, and for industry. The Motul brand originates with Swan & Finch, a New York lubricant company founded in 1853 that began exporting in the 1920s. In 1932 Ernst Zaug's company Supra Penn secured French distribution of the brand. After Swan & Finch suspended its activities in 1957, Supra Penn bought the brand rights and became Motul S.A.
