OVS, formerly Oviesse, is an Italian clothing retailer founded in 1972 as Organizzazione Vendite Speciali, a division of the department store group Coin. It sells men's, women's and children's clothing under its own collections and third-party brands such as GAP, Everlast, Chicco and Jeep, in stores and online. The company has stores in Italy and in dozens of other countries. It remained a Coin subsidiary until its 2015 initial public offering on Borsa Italiana and is headquartered in Venice.
