Secop Group Holding GmbH

Secop Group Holding GmbH is the parent of Secop GmbH, a manufacturer of hermetic compressors and electronic controls for commercial refrigeration, based in Flensburg, Germany. The business was formerly Danfoss Compressors and became Secop in 2010, later passing through ownership by Nidec (2017-2019) and, since 2019, a fund advised by Orlando Management. Its range covers compressors for light commercial refrigeration, 12, 24 and 48 V DC compressors for mobile cooling, and medical cooling applications. Production sites are in Tianjin, China, and Zlaté Moravce, Slovakia, with a research and development centre in Gleisdorf, Austria.
