Techtronic Industries (TTI) is a Hong Kong-based multinational that designs, produces and markets cordless power tools, outdoor power equipment, hand tools and floor care appliances. Horst Julius Pudwill and Roy Chi Ping Chung founded it in 1985 as an original equipment manufacturer for overseas brands, and it listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1990. Its brands include Milwaukee, Ryobi and Vax. Products are manufactured in China, Vietnam, the United States, Mexico and Europe, and annual sales reached US$15.3 billion in 2025.
