THG plc, originally The Hut Group, is a British online retailer and brand owner headquartered in Manchester, England, and listed on the London Stock Exchange. It was founded in 2004 by Matt Moulding and John Gallemore, initially selling CDs and DVDs online and building web stores for other retailers. The group acquired Zavvi in 2009, Lookfantastic in 2010 and Myprotein in 2011, and now operates through THG Beauty and THG Nutrition, the latter led by Myprotein. In January 2025 it demerged its technology and logistics arm, THG Ingenuity, as a separate privately owned business.
