Trefl S.A. is a Polish family-owned toy and game company based in Gdynia. It was founded in 1985 by Kazimierz Wierzbicki, began with jigsaw puzzles and received an export permit in 1989. Its range covers jigsaw puzzles, including 3D puzzles since 2004, board games, toys and children's books, with licensed characters such as Disney, a licensing partner since 1991. The group also includes the Trefl Playing Card Company, an animation studio and a publishing house.
