Warehouse (wholesale) club

Wholesale Club or warehouse club is a retail store with substantial price discounts, often with paid membership-only access. The membership fees covers part of the cost of products, which allows to make the discounts and sell with prices often lower than at other retailers. This business model also promotes customers buying substantial quantities as the membership fee is fixed regardless of the quantities bought and the buying price of goods is low. This is also a reason they are called warehouse or wholesale clubs. examples of warehouse (wholesale) clubs are Costco and Sam’s Club.
