Seller Verification

Selling is free, but never anonymous

Listing products and selling on Wholesale Managers is free of charge: no listing fees, no commission. What we do insist on is verification. We take the trust of our marketplace seriously, and only people who verifiably work for a real company are allowed to sell.

That policy protects the buyers you'll be trading with, and it protects you: when you sell here, your buyers know every other seller around you has been through the same checks.

How verification works

1. 1 Tell us about your organization. On the next page you'll either select your company from our directory or register it for the first time.
2. 2 We verify your affiliation. If your account email matches your company's website domain, verification is usually instant. Otherwise a verified colleague confirms you, or our team reviews the claim manually.
3. 3 Selling unlocks. Once verified you get access to listings, orders, RFQs, and stock imports. Until then you can browse and buy as usual.

Check whether your company is already listed

Our directory already contains thousands of companies. The next page starts with a search: if your company is already listed, select it and click "This is my company", there is no need to enter its details again.

Only register a new company if it genuinely isn't in the directory yet. Duplicate entries slow verification down for everyone at your company.

The rules: zero tolerance

Selling on the platform means agreeing to our Terms of Service. A few things we have zero tolerance for:

• Counterfeit or inauthentic goods, and goods you have no legal right to sell;
• Copyright and trademark infringement, in listings, logos, photos, or any other content you upload;
• Spam: unsolicited bulk messaging, fake listings, and manipulative buy requests;
• Misrepresentation: false company details, fake affiliations, or misleading prices and stock levels.

Anyone violating these rules will be banned: the account is terminated, the company's presence on the platform can be removed, and any paid membership is revoked without refund. See the acceptable use, member content, and copyright sections of the Terms of Service for the full policy.
