Browsing the brand directory
The brand directory lists every brand known to Wholesale Managers. Brands sit between companies and products: a brand is owned by a manufacturer, carried by suppliers, and stamped on products. Start here when you source by label - "who supplies this brand?" - rather than by a specific product or a specific company.
Searching
The search box matches the brand name, and partial names work: "hug" finds "Hugo Boss". Results are shown as logo tiles, alphabetically, 48 per page.
Filters
- Series - a product line within a brand, useful when you know the range but not the exact brand entry.
- Manufacturer - the company that owns the brand. One manufacturer can own many brands, so this collects a whole portfolio at once.
- Category - what the brand deals in (electronics, fashion, toys and so on), taken from the brand's products and from its manufacturer's categories.
- Country - where the brand is from. This is the brand's declared country of origin; where the brand does not declare one, the manufacturer's home country is used.
Filters combine, and each dropdown only offers values that exist in the results you are looking at, worked out ignoring its own current selection so you can always change your mind without starting over. Clear filters resets everything, and your filters live in the page address, so a filtered view can be bookmarked or shared.
What is behind a tile
Click a brand to open its page: the brand's products, its manufacturer, and the wholesale suppliers, dropshippers and retailers that carry it, plus a sidebar summarising the numbers. The brand page has its own Help button explaining each tab.

- Know the product? Search the catalogue at /product/ by name or barcode - every product links back to its brand.
- Know the company? Company profiles list the brands a company manufactures and carries.
- Starting from a country? /countries/ gathers a country's brands alongside its companies, products and people.
- The search bar in the site header covers brands too, together with products and companies.
Your brand missing?
Brands enter the directory through the product catalogue and through company profiles. If you manufacture or distribute a brand that is not here, register or claim your company at /company/register/, then add your products - the brand comes with them, and appears on your company profile.
