Common questions
What happens when my Pro membership ends?
Your account immediately reverts to Free. You keep your store, your listings, and all your data, you just lose buying access until you resubscribe. No grace period.
Can I sell as a Free member?
Yes, selling is completely free. Create your company profile, list your products, configure pricing, and receive orders from Pro buyers with no subscription required.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
No, there's no free trial. The Free plan is your starting point and lets you explore the platform fully as a seller before committing to Pro.
How are wholesale prices shown to me?
Each supplier assigns you a price band (1–5). Band 1 is the best price, Band 4 is the default for unassigned buyers. You can request a better band directly from the supplier using the RFQ flow.
