Product page: the Wholesale Suppliers list
The Wholesale Suppliers tab lists every wholesale offer for this product, from every supplier on the platform. Supplier names and prices in this tab are part of the Pro membership; without Pro you see how many wholesale suppliers stock the product, but not who they are.
How the list is organised
Offers are grouped by supplier. Each supplier appears as one summary row showing:
- Supplier name - click it to open their company profile. A green badge means the company is verified.
- Country and region - where the supplier is based.
- Item count - how many matching offers they have for this product (different models, configurations, conditions or lot sizes).
- Total stock - units available across all their offers.
- Price range - their cheapest and most expensive offer, at your price level.
Suppliers with the most offers are listed first, and within each supplier the cheapest offers come first.
Expanding a supplier
Click anywhere on a supplier's summary row to open their offers; click again to close them. Large suppliers show their first 10 offers, with a "Show all N items" link underneath to reveal the rest. So if a list looks short, check for that link - there may be more lines than you see on screen.
Reading an offer line
- Product Name - the supplier's own description of what they are selling, in their own words, often with specs like storage size, grade or condition. It can differ from this page's product name.
- Stock - units this offer has available.
- Price - the per-unit price at your assigned price level (see below).
About the prices you see
Wholesale prices on this platform are personal. Each supplier assigns their buyers a price band, so two members can see different prices on the same offer:
- If a supplier has not assigned you a band yet, you see their standard price.
- A price shown in green means the supplier has given you a better, negotiated price.
- "Price hidden" means the supplier only reveals pricing to buyers they have approved. Click Request price to send them a pricing request (RFQ) - they can reply with a quote or approve you for a price band.
You can also open a negotiation with any supplier from the Request better pricing box in the sidebar.
Ordering
Offers with stock and a visible price show a quantity box and an Order button. The quantity is pre-filled with the supplier's minimum order quantity. Ordering adds the line to your cart; you review and confirm everything on the cart page before anything is sent to the supplier.
Searching and filtering
Use the search box above the tabs to narrow the list as you type. It searches all offers in the list - including lines inside collapsed suppliers and lines hidden behind "Show all" - so nothing can hide from a search. You can search by:
- Model or spec words from the supplier's own titles, like 256GB, i5 or Grade A;
- A supplier's name, to jump straight to their offers.
Next to the search box there are dropdown filters:
- Country - only offers from suppliers based in that country.
- Condition - New, Refurbished or Used, detected from the wording of each offer. Offers that do not state a condition appear under "Unspecified", so it is worth checking that group too.
Filters combine: pick a country and then search, and the search only looks within that country's offers. Each supplier row shows how many of its offers match ("3 of 14 match"), suppliers with no matches disappear from view, and the Clear button resets everything.
Product page: the Retailers list
The Retailers tab lists companies selling this product to end customers at retail terms. Unlike the Wholesale Suppliers tab, this list is public - anyone can see which retailers stock the product.
How the list is organised
Offers are grouped by retailer. Each retailer appears as one summary row with their name (click it for their company profile), a verified badge where the company is verified, their country, and how many matching offers they have. Click the row to open their offers, click again to close. Retailers with many offers show the first 10 with a "Show all N items" link for the rest.
What each offer shows
- The retailer's own description of the item - their wording, which may include specs and condition.
- An In Stock badge when the offer has stock available.
- For Pro members: exact stock counts, prices, and an Order button with a quantity box that adds the line to your cart.
Searching and filtering
The search box above the tabs narrows the list as you type and covers every offer in the tab, including lines inside collapsed groups. Search by words from the item titles or by a retailer's name. The Country and Condition dropdowns filter the list, and they combine with the search - filter first, then search within the results. The Clear button resets everything.
Product page: the Online Retailers list
The Online Retailers tab lists online stores selling this product to end customers. It works exactly like the Retailers tab; the split just tells you which sellers operate physical/traditional retail and which sell online.
How the list is organised
Offers are grouped by store. Each store appears as one summary row with its name (click it for the company profile), a verified badge where the company is verified, its country, and how many matching offers it has. Click the row to open the offers, click again to close. Stores with many offers show the first 10 with a "Show all N items" link for the rest.
What each offer shows
- The store's own description of the item, in their wording.
Search by words from the item titles or by a store's name. The Country and Condition dropdowns filter the list and combine with the search. The Clear button resets everything.
Product page: the WTBs (Want To Buy) list
The WTBs tab shows live Want To Buy requests: members announcing they want to purchase this product. It is the demand side of the marketplace - instead of browsing supplier offers, you see who is looking to buy.
What a buy request shows
Requests are anonymised on this page. Each card shows "Verified buyer", the buyer's country, the quantity they want, when the request was posted and when it expires - but never the buyer's name or company. Buyer identity is only revealed inside the seller tools when you respond.
Responding to a buy request (sellers)
If your company is verified, click View & respond on a request. It opens the request in your panel's Buyer Demand page with a pre-filled reply; sending it starts a direct chat with the buyer. Two things worth knowing:
- You do not need a listing for the product to respond. Incoming stock, unlisted stock or a sourcing offer are all fine reasons to reply.
- Posting a buy request counts as the buyer's consent to be contacted about it, so responding is never unsolicited.
If you are logged in but have not linked a verified company yet, the button takes you to company registration instead - selling (and responding to buyers) requires a verified employer.
Posting your own buy request (buyers)
Looking to buy this product? Post a request from Buy Requests in your panel (a Pro feature). You choose how long it stays live (1 day to 1 month), list what you need - either free text or structured lines with quantities - and set the destination country. Interested sellers then come to you via chat. You can renew, mark fulfilled or withdraw a request at any time.
Why a request disappears
Requests leave this list when they expire, when the buyer marks them fulfilled or withdraws them. New members' first requests may also be briefly held for review before going live.
